I am grateful...

We just had our year-end Thanksgiving at church earlier. This is done every 2nd Sunday of December. This is the time when we take a look back from all that we have done all throughout the year. There are a lot of things this year that make me grateful.

* This year has been a year full of trials. I am grateful because I surpassed all those trials that came in my life with God's help. The most difficult was when I got sick and was diagnosed with Tuberculosis. Thank God I got over the painful stage. I am still under treatment but I feel better now. I can't wait to have full recovery on February. That would mean I could then get rid of the medicines I have been taking.

* I am grateful because if not for those trials, I would not been able to feel the love and care of my family.

* I am thankful because I still have a job that could compensate my daily expenses. Apart from my job, I am also earning a few dime through my blog.

* I am thankful for friends who continues to comfort me and listens to my nuances. Thank you friends for accepting me as I am.

* I am thankful because I have peace of mind besides the turmoil that our economy is gexperiencing right now. I hope this will also come to pass.

I am grateful because God has never left me. And he continues to bless me and guide me and love me.

Now I want to share this nice meme from Suedonim's post...

"I will give thanks to the LORD because of his righteousness
and will sing praise to the name of the LORD Most High." Psalm 7:17

And here's a song entitled Grateful by Julianne.

Enjoy your blessings and Happy Sunday everyone!!!

OMG! am I shocked !!!?

In this age and time, NO ONE should fall to Tuberculosis.

That's terrible and going forward you should be very careful about your lung health.

Jeez, now do I sound like a doting old man?

One day soon, you are going to be a wife and a mother. You need to have good, healthy lungs.

Otherwise you will not be able to keep up with him and chase your children around the house.

Comprende Ally?

Hi Allena.
I´m so sorry to hear about your sickness.
My hubby had the same problem in 2005, It wasn´t easy at all.
Gotta be strong and stick to the medication till the end.
I hope you feel better soon.
Wish you a peaceful Christmas.
Cheers. xxx
