Losing weight for 2009

I have gained weight after the holiday!!! Losing weight is on my top priority to get a good start of year 2009. I should perform exercises. Be it an hour jog in the mornings or instead of riding a cab on short distances, I might as well walk so I can burn calories. I should not overdo it though or else I will experience severe pain which is called Plantar Fasciitis - a morning heel pain caused by excessive walking or jogging and also long hours of standing on hard surfaces. I wonder if most sales lady in the malls here in the Philippines suffer this kind of pain when they wake up each morning since they're not allowed to sit on their 8-hour job in the mall. That must have been hard, isn't it?
