I haven't jogged since last week. Sigh. I got too lazy and stubborn again lately. I am planning to get myself enrolled in a gym. In that way I can force myself to exercise since I'll be spending money for it. I really have to do something on my bulging tummy. Once I start my workout, I know I'd also be advised to do weight loss diet at the same time. It's going to be tough but I think I'm ready for it. It's about time to get myself healthy and fit.
