My Unusual Experience...

I am fond of ghost stories. Not that I want to get scared. I just like hearing unusual stories from other people. The truth is, I really don't believe in ghosts. I just listen because I find it entertaining and sometimes funny when someone get scared. They don't think and also don't realize that they look funny when they're scared. I've done it a lot of times when I was young and end up laughing my butt off with friends.

I have an experience when I was in college. We had an assignment at school which requires us to record different sounds like a whistle, blowing wind, flowing water, footsteps and the like. It was late in the evening when I decided to record my own footsteps since most of the people in the boarding house were already asleep. When I was done recording, I played the cassette back and listened to all the sounds I was able to record. When I listened to the part of the footsteps, I heard a man say on the recording: "Diri lang ko anay ah!". It's in a native Filipino dialect which means "I'll stay right here". I woke my brother up to have him listen to the player. It scared the both of us yet we laughed about it and exclaimed, "Yay! Scary!". I really don't know where that voice came from. It may come from somewhere I just didn't pay attention to when I was recording but it did scare me at that time.

That's just one of those unusual experiences I had. Their maybe bad spirits but I believe that they won't bother you as long as you have strong Faith in God.

I am actually a skeptic and really don't believe in ghosts now that I'm a grown up. I think that it's something that people create on their mind and make them believe in such thing. I'm more afraid of a living person than a dead one.

Helping Out A Jobless Niece

Jore Joy, one of my nieces (a cousin's daughter) told me that she's in Manila and is seeking for a job. She said she just quit the previous job because of salary issues. Now she's going for customer service jobs and is already applying to different call center companies in Metro Manila. She's a bit nervous about applying at the call center industry. So I gave her some pieces of advise regarding interview questions during our chats at Facebook. We didn't have the chance to see each other yet. I have been really busy. But I'm planning to see her maybe next week. I even asked her to apply at my workplace. I don't know when they're going to knock at our company's door. She's been jobless for quite a while now. I hope she gets the job soon.

I can't believe my rest days for this week are over. I haven't seen a movie today yet and I'll be back to work later. Well, I guess I have to take a rest now than be a sleepyhead at work. :D

Cancer Awareness In The Family

Some of our relatives in my mother's side died of cancer. My grandmother died when my Mom and her siblings were still young. Aunt Tessie, my mom's sister passed away sometime ago. It's so painful when someone dies in the family. We already moved on with our lives but because of the death in the family due to cancer it made us a bit worried since cancer may run in our blood. If we're not so careful about our health, Mesothelioma diagnosis or other cancer diagnosis might be too late.

My cousin Michelle already took a shot of a cancer vaccine. It's a bit expensive that's why I haven't got the shot of that vaccine yet. I'll just be careful with what I eat and with my work environment. As long as I don't work at a factory that has chemicals which may cause danger to my health, I think I'll be okay.

RED - Retired Extremely Dangerous

RED - Retired Extremely Dangerous. It's an action-comedy film about a team of retired CIA agents who tries to live a serene, normal life when all of sudden they're lives are threatened by assassins. They become threats of CIA operations since they have learned information that they're not supposed to know.

Bruce Willis as Frank is back in action! He still look good at his age though. When he was on his way to courting the only woman she often talk to over the phone for his checks - Sarah (Mary-Louise Parker), he was attacked by several assassins at his home. Frank then seek help from other former agents: Joe (Morgan Freeman) - the happy-go-lucky, the funny paranoid Marvin (John Malkovich), and the beautiful Victoria (Helen Mirren). Of course, he have to bring along Sarah with him since her life is also in danger because she got involved with him.

They all worked together in finding out who ordered their assassination and ended up saving the Americans from a group of antagonists who wants to dominate the American government.

It's an action packed film where you wouldn't think that these former CIA agents happen to have read insurance quote. Their lives are always in danger, why not get insured, right? LOL! The action is incorporated with comedy so you'll definitely have fun watching it. Might even be surprised with how smart yet classy Helen Mirren looked when she has a machine gun in hand! :D

Hands Got Bruised Again...:(

It's time to go to the gym! :D

I just finished doing my laundry. It's one of those days that I decided not to wear a pair of plastic gloves when I was washing my clothes. My hands ended up bruised again. Sigh! Yeah right, I'm stubborn! :P

It's a Wednesday, the start of my rest day! No time to really relax since I have to finish some personal and online errands. I'm looking forward for a great Wednesday though!!! :D

Enjoy!

December Vacation, Here I Come! :D

Tomorrow at exactly 12midnight, it's time for filing of vacation leaves at work for the month of December. I will be going to the office early tonight to file for my planned vacation so I will be able get the limited slots for the VLs. It's so hard to take vacation leaves during this time of the year because most of us in the office would really want to spend the Holiday season with our loved ones.

I already have plans for my homecoming. Not only will I attend my cousin Michelle's wedding. I will also be joining reunions with family and friends in high school. Two weeks may not be enough for me to be spending a lot of time with my family, though. But I'll make sure to make the most of my vacation.

I'm planning to buy some riding toys for my nephew, Zyle. I haven't seen him for months now. He's now 3 years old and I'm sure he's going to like the toys I'm planning to buy for him.

I'm getting myself prepared for my Mom's enthusiasm. I'm sure she will be talking to me plans about dream businesses and the apartment she wanted us to build. I miss my Mom and I just can't wait for December to come! :D

Good Old Days In Clarkfields

My previous call center job in Pampanga gave me fond memories. I had great friends and unforgettable fun experiences in Clarkfields. As my first call center job, the company helped me a lot in becoming a good call center agent.

I do outbound calls for sales before but whenever we run out of phone numbers to call, we were obliged to take inbound calls for infomercials. It's funny because we were not even trained for those accounts. We were told to just read the scripts that's on the computer. Okay, it was easy. So a call came in. I was surprised because on that call only did I find out that I was taking a call for male enhancement supplements! You can just imagine the silly script I was reading! LOL! I can't remember the exact scripts but there was part of the scripting that says: If you want your p--is to be harder and longer, this product is the solution.

It still makes me laugh whenever I remember the calls I made for these infomercial accounts. And I really felt a bit embarrassed especially when I sit next to a male colleague!

Those were the good old days! :D

Live Life To The Fullest...

Live your life to the fullest! I hear this cliche a lot when I get to talk to older people. When they find out about my age and my status (being single), they often say that I should not get ahead of my age. That I have to enjoy life as much as I can especially that I'm in good shape - they meant I'm not sickly. I maybe past to being sick. I opt to live a healthy life so that I won't get sick like I was before.

But no one can really tell what's going to happen tomorrow, right? We can't predict if something bad happens. Like accidents, for instance, that may lead us to being crippled or not being able to do things that we used to do. Say, we won't be able do our normal jobs anymore. You're lucky if you get approved for ssdi (Social Security Disability Insurance) which will benefit you either during the span of your recuperation or if you're condition won't improve, you would still be able to guarantee income.

Getting approved for SSDI is not that easy. There are qualifications needed for the applicant to get approved for the benefits. This is where Allsup comes in. Allsup is the leading provider of financial and leading healthcare related services. Allsup helps in finding the right medical coverage and assists on getting the SSDI benefits that you need whether you're a first time applicant or appealing for a denial. They will only charge a fee once they get you approved for SSDI benefits.

That would be a great help to someone who'd be needing the insurance. Allsup is definitely the company you can rely on for your Social Security Disability Insurance!

As for me, I'll take the advise about enjoying my daily existence! We only get to live once. Let's make the best out of it! :D

Loosing Weight And Changing Wardrobe

Loosing weight is a feat for me. Pushing myself on the treadmill until I almost run out of breath, doing the crunches and carrying the weights available is really exhausting. But I can say that it's rewarding. As what a friend of mine told me, to achieve better results in working out, one must push himself to the limit! All the pain that I experience during this workout sessions gets paid off because I really feel great about my health! Unconsciously, I was able to encourage some of my workmates to workout since they notice the results! :D

Now that I'm slimmer, I think I have to somehow change my wardrobe. Most of my pants are lose and my shirts and blouses looked large on me now. I already have plans of shopping next month. I might get myself branded clothes like that of coogi clothing for a better and comfy fit.

Working out really does wonders! It really feels good to be fit and fab! :D

Election And Problem At Work...

I casted my vote on the Barangay and SK (Sangguniang Kabataan) elections in Makati. I went to the school where the election was done. There were a lot of people, as expected. I'm glad I was able to finish it as soon as I get there.

There was bad news at work. I really feel bad about it. Made me cry, actually. She think she finally saw something to ruin me. I hope she doesn't win, though. I'm hoping and praying that I'd get over this issue at work positively. I don't know what's going to happen yet. I'm hoping for the best. God is help me get through this.

I hope I won't think about work so I can sleep now. I feel so exhausted! :(

Bachelorette Party For Michelle? :D

My cousin Michelle is now getting busy preparing for her wedding this December. We haven't seen each other for a while now. I have been too busy with my life as well that I forgot to even ask her about her wedding dress. The last time we exchanged text messages was 2 days ago. She told me she's going home in the province next month to make arrangements with the wedding planner the check on the church. I bet it's a bit of a hassle for her to go back and forth between Manila and GenSan. It involves a lot of spending especially in buying for plane tickets.

I'll be going home 2 days before her wedding. I was just thinking, what if Lainy and I set up a Bachelorette party for Michelle before the wedding? That would be fun! I'm thinking about buying a lingerie for her if ever we are able to make that party happen! I better talk to Lainy about it! :D

Update On My Brother's Family

My sister-in-law's dad is still recuperating from having a stroke a month ago. My brother and his wife has to go home and take care of him and their little boy. They stayed here in my place for 2 months to look for healthcare medical jobs from the agencies here in Manila. They were planning to go abroad since both them are registered nurses. They really had a hard time finding the right agency. When they were able to find one, that's when SIL's dad got sick.

I received a text message from my brother saying that they're planning to go back here in Manila to continue the job search. He told me that SIL's dad is getting better now. They might be back here in Manila on January.

I hope they do so they can hopefully get the job that they wanted. I'll always be here to help them, anyway. :D

Barangay And SK Elections 2010

It our nation's Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) elections tomorrow. As Filipino citizens, we are expected to cast our votes for candidates for village and youth council leaders. It's going to be a tiring day tomorrow but I have prepared myself for it. If only call center agents also don't work on holidays so we would be able to vote early. Sigh!

Sadly, Barangay and SK elections are bloody compared to National elections. In some locations, people kill each other just to get a seat in the government. I'm hoping though that it's going to be a peaceful election in Brgy. Tejeros in Makati tomorrow where I will be casting my vote.

Wanting To Make My Mom Happy

I haven't talked to my Mom for months now. I don't know how to reach her because she doesn't have a phone. My brothers forget to text me when they're with her, or they just don't bother. Maybe they're too busy to remember. Sigh!

I miss my Mom. I really would love to hear from her. I might buy her a phone when I go home so we can talk often. She doesn't use a phone because she refused to learn how to use it. She's too stubborn. I think she's the only Mom who don't use a phone. LOL!

Anyway, I heard she's been working too hard for her new business which will let her travel to Malaysia as an incentive. She actually involved me in the business but I don't have the time to work for it. I hope I just have the money so she can enjoy her life as a retiree. If I'm only a millionaire, I could afford to get Disney vacation packages for both of us. :D Dream on, Ally!

I wish I can make my Mom happy though. I'm still yet to plan for her next year's birthday celebration.

Excited About Colorful Lights At Ayala

Cold nights, rainy days, gift giving, colorful lights at night - these are the signs that Christmas is indeed in the air!

The palm trees at the center of the Ayala Avenue are now set up for the lights. I bet the city is going to use led xmas lights since it helps reduce energy consumption compared to ordinary Christmas lights. I'm excited about seeing the colorful lights at Ayala whenever Christmas season is approaching.

A lot of Filipinos look forward to this season. Some already decorate their houses with Christmas decors as early as September. Christmas songs are already being played in a lot of radio stations. Soon we will see kids and even adults sing Christmas carols in front of the houses. We don't get surprise anymore whenever we see some of them on our doorsteps.

What I'm excited about Christmas are the parties and bonuses provided by our company. I hope I can join the parties and win some prizes so I can bring them home on my homecoming! LOL!

I just love this time of the year because a lot of people seem to be kind and happy. I bet you also observe that! I hope this season will bring peace and joy to everyone! :D

Money Lost... :(

It was a long today. Work is stressful as usual and I lost some money when we were on our way to work this morning. Sigh! I think I wasn't able to put the purse back in my bag. Too bad, yah?

Anyway, I already let go of the loss after Church service. Just want to let you guys know about what happened on my day. I hope I won't lose any money anymore.

It's weekend yet I have to work. Need to go back to bed and get some sleep.

Happy weekend everyone! :D

Winter Vs. Rainy Days

Winter is fast approaching in the Northern part of the globe. I bet some people are already shopping for thick jackets, gloves, boots, even heated mattress pads for their beds. 'Tis the season when children (even adults) play in the snow. It sometimes makes me dream of experiencing the winter. How it feels like playing snowballs. Yet sometimes just thinking about the cold already make me shiver! LOL!

Well, we only have rainy days here in the Philippines during this time of the year. We don't need winter clothing. An umbrella is the only defense we need against the rain. We can play in the rain though if we choose to. I haven't done that for years, actually. Sometimes I envy the children who were able to do that on the streets.

Even though it rains a lot lately, it's still not as cold as how it is in the Northern Hemisphere during winter. Maybe someday, I will be able to go to a place where it snows. Just so I know how it feels like playing in the snow! :D

No Workout Every Weekends

I don't have workout sessions during weekends. I attend church service every Saturday and the gym is closed on Sundays. These are the days when I don't get to see some women on tight clothes and men on men's running shorts. And of course, I tend to be very lazy on these days. I don't even exercise in my room for just a few minutes. So I tend to be very careful on my diet since I won't be able to burn the calories in 2 days.

Now that I am working out, I find myself so conscious on what I eat. I even catch myself counting calories on my meal. I think I'm being paranoid sometimes. But I guess this is what happens when a person decides to have a healthy lifestyle.

Pictures To Remember Judith's 27th Birthday!

Yesterday was a day of fun with friends! We celebrated Judith's 27th birthday at Julie's newly renovated home. Here are the photos that say how much fun we had!

The birthday girl so happy to have read greetings for her on Facebook! :D

Our favorite Ambers delicacies
Pancit Malabon and piche2x

Baby Lajon more excited to blow the candle! hahaha!

He doesn't like eating too much, does he? LOL!

The birthday girl with pretty Julie and Lajon

Shots with the birthday girl!

haha!

Thanks a lot Julie and baby Lajon for being such great hosts! Thanks for letting us invade your new home! Love you both! Mwahh!

Holidays Are Coming, So Are Bonuses! :D

Holidays are coming so are bonuses and the 13th month pay! Employees like me are excited not only the upcoming holidays but most especially the money that we're about to earn! Shopping mall are more likely going to be packed with people who'll take advantage of the mall sales! The cashiers' barcode scanner will also going to be heard all around the mall for sure!

I have a lot of things in mind that I would love to buy for myself but I also have to think about saving my money for my homecoming this December.

I hope I can get enough blessings to fit my budget before this year ends! :D

The Typhoons and PNoy Administration

The Philippine government and Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services (PAGASA) worked hand in hand in taking proper and quick actions to the previous Typhoon Juan. There were not much fatalities reported. Kudos to PNoy administration for that!

Another storm is said to be coming this weekend. But may just pass lightly over Northern Luzon. It won't be like the previous typhoon.

Personally, I am more confident with PNoy administration. Even though our president, Noynoy Aquino seem to need hair loss shampoo, he actually is doing a great job being a president despite the controversies and adversities that his administration is facing. I hope he continues to do well! :D

Happy Birthday Judith!!! :D

Justify Full

J - oyful
U - nique
D - reamer
I - ntelligent
T - rue friend
H - umble

There are a lot of good things to describe her. She's a good listener, she smiles all the time, she makes me laugh, she's a friend you couldn't ask for more and so many more! :D

I want you to know, Judith, that I'll always be here for you as your friend. I am so lucky to have met you. I thank God for letting me meet a person as dear as you!

Happy Birthday

May God continue to bless you and may He grant your heart's desires! Love you friend! :D

Workout Does Miracle to Aged Women... :D

I workout with moms and some of them are already grandmothers in the gym. People aren't too friendly around. That includes me, I guess. We are too busy with our personal goals for weight loss that's why we don't chitchat. Just smile sometimes, and that's it.

Anyways, I really admire those older women whom I get the chance to workout with at the gym. Some of them are even slimmer than I am. They're really in good shape. I bet they also use anti aging products to give them all the younger glow. They dance whenever there are dance sessions. They enjoy being at the gym.

Workout really does some miracle even to aged women. Makes everyone look and feel good even on their prime age! :D

Frozen - A Movie Not For Judith :D

We were watching the movie "Frozen" at Julie's home earlier. It's a movie about friends who loves skiing but for some unfortunate event, got stranded on a chairlift in the middle of a snow storm. You can just imagine the cold and frustration that these poor kids feel while left in the cold. They have to find a way out no matter what it takes than get frozen to death.

While watching the film, Julie and I talked about not being able to survive the cold ourselves. Both of us suffer arthritis when we get so cold. We would badly need for treatments for arthritis if we opt to live in a country that has very cold weather. We wouldn't dare to even ski or play on the snow! LOL!

We weren't in the middle of the movie yet when Judith asked us to stop playing the film. We were on the part where one of the kids decided to jump from the chairlift and ended up literally breaking both his legs! Gruesome! She doesn't like watching this kind of film, actually. Since it's her birthday she doesn't like any negative vibes! We ended up watching a romantic movie.

Nauseous But Had A Great Time With Friends

I got home a few minutes ago feeling nauseous. I ate plenty of food before I went on my way home. The pollution in EDSA, a few minutes ride in the bus and walking past 2 footbridges made me really dizzy. A cup of coffee and a few minutes at the comfort room made me feel better! LOL!

I was with friends earlier today : Judith and Julie and Julie's cuddly 3-year old boy - Lajon. Today is Judith's birthday and we decided to celebrate it at Julies new home after my workout this morning. Judith and I were the first friends of Julie who invaded her newly renovated home. We brought along with us some delicious foods (pancit Malabon and piche-piche) from our favorite Ambers Restaurant.

Geez! Why couldn't I control myself from eating a lot? Then I have to punish myself on my workout tomorrow. It's going to be an intense workout for sure!

It's a happy day, to say the least. I was able to celebrate a dear friend's birthday! And was able to bond with true friends and wrestle with the little-big boy! I'll be posting the photos tomorrow.

Goodbye Typhoon Juan...

I woke up early this morning feeling a bit cold. I went outside to check if it's still raining. To my surprise, it looks like the storm has passed! :D It's a beautiful morning!

I turned to the television to watch the news and was able to confirm that Typhoon Megi is on his way out in the Philippine area of responsibility. I just feel sorry to those who live in the Northern part of Luzon who experienced the typhoon's rage. At least it was as bad as how it was during Typhoon Ketsana last year.

I hope it won't rain anymore today. I'll be out for my workout later to do some fat burning exercise. I don't feel like walking on the streets of Metro Manila when it rains.

Goodbye Typhoon Juan! Let this day be a beautiful day.

Bathrooms And My Dream House

Everyone has a dream house. I actually dreamed about my dream house before I woke up this morning. In my dream, I live in a house that has white interiors, I had 3 kids and was basically trying to convince a woman to babysit my silly little kids. It was a funny dream because the kids did something naughty in the bathroom just so the woman won't get the job. The dream ended with me showing the woman my house.

It was a beautiful home with a nice bathroom like the ones I see in hotels and beautiful homes that I have been at. The bathrooms were exquisite and made me wonder where they shop for their bathroom products.

As for me, it would be easier if I check out some online bathroom products so I can also choose better prices. It's so hard to compare prices if I go from one mall to another. That would take a lot of time and it could be very exhausting. I might end up shopping online instead. I may find better deals online in websites like BetterBathrooms(dot)com. They have variety of bathroom products to choose from. They have all the necessary products your bathroom needs! They even got good reviews from customers who bought items from them. According to the reviews, BetterBathrooms have good customer service and offer Fast delivery. That would be great for people who doesn't have the time to go to the malls.

If I get the chance to build my own dream house, I will definitely go for faster and easier way to shop for the products!

Here Comes Juan...

Metro Manila will have rains and gusty winds according to PAGASA's (Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration) latest weather forecast about Typhoon Juan (Megi). Northern Luzon will experience stormy weather. Flights and sea transports are now canceled for sure.

It hasn't rained yet here in Pasay but it's so windy outside. I can now hear the gusty noise of the wind. The roof is now starting to tear off, I guess! :D

I hope it doesn't get as bad as how it did when Typhoon Ondoy (Ketsana) hit Metro Manila last year. My friend, Judith, is going home to Mindoro tomorrow. I hope she cancels when the weather won't get any better.

It's my last shift for the week tomorrow. I hope I can get to the office safely later tonight. Some schools have suspended classes, why don't work get suspended too? LOL! Wishful me!

Here comes Juan... I hope he weakens as soon as possible or make detour to the ocean or somewhere else.

Not Strolling At Manila Bay Yet...

A friend of mine wanted us to go biking at the Manila Bay or at Mall Of Asia. She has been asking me about it for a few weeks now but we never have done it yet. Blame it to the storms lately. It was raining often lately, not a good time to stroll along Manila Bay. We won't be able to watch the birds flying over the sea and the beautiful yachts sailing across the waters of Manila Bay even if we bring Nikon binoculars with us. It has to be a perfect weather to get a good view of Manila Bay.

Another typhoon is coming. The plan to stroll along Manila Bay or Mall Of Asia won't happen anytime soon. We will have to wait for a good weather then before we can do something relaxing like this. For the meantime, we'll enjoy the cold weather although it's brought about by typhoons. :D

Work Sucks! I Need Patience...

I can't sleep. It's about an hour before I prepare for work. I've been thinking about work when I was trying to get some sleep earlier. I got stressed out, I guess. My work environment SUCKS! I don't like my team at work especially my boss but I have to deal with them. I don't have a back up plan as of yet. That leaves me with no choice but to deal with what's going on at work.

Our team is divided in to 2 teams - the newbies and us, the oldies (or people who spent a few years in the account). Our supervisor only cares about the newbies. She considers us her enemies. I even have a feeling that she's finding faults from us so she can get rid of us. A lot of our friends already resigned because of her.

To be honest, I really don't like her. I know she doesn't like me either. I better think about a way out or a back up plan just in case the situation comes to worst. Phew! Why do I have to come across people like her?

I need more patience because this job is my bread and butter. I won't give her a chance to ruin me. I've been doing my job really well despite having to deal with a vicious boss like her. I just hope I won't breakdown.

Patience, Alley, patience...

Downloaded 90.7 Love Radio On My Laptop!

I am listening to 90.7 Love Radio right now. It's a local FM station here in Metro Manila. I just had it downloaded on my laptop. The DJs are really funny. I'm listening to DJ Nicole and Christopher giving advises to callers and listeners while I'm doing this post. I'm having fun just listening to them. I'm even laughing out loud by myself!

I'm glad I was able to download the radio station. Then I'll get to listen to another favorite DJ - Papa Jack on his TLC (True Love Conversations) program every night.

Oopps! Lowela just came in. I have to go now! We have to finish some errands today! :D

Spending Plans For Year-End Bonus

The year-end holidays are fast approaching. It's the time of the year when employees get to receive year-end bonuses. This is the time when gift giving and shopping is in the air! As for me and my workmates, we all have our individual plans on how to spend our bonuses. Some are planning to buy household appliances, some of us want to spend it for a luxurious vacation with their loved ones and friends, some wanted to spend it for gadgets such as camera, phones, I even heard someone say she wants to buy and ipad. She wanted to get a tablet computer for herself. She's just crazy about Apple technology, I guess. When she heard about a bigger touchscreen, she went gaga over it.

As for me, I'm attending my cousin's wedding this December back in the province. So I'm one of those who's going to spend my year-end bonus for homecoming. I still hope I can buy myself a camera though.

Reunions And Homecoming This December

I am much awaiting for my upcoming vacation this December. I really hope and pray that the company I work for will approve my vacation leave. It's really so hard to file for vacation leaves lately. I don't know what's up with the people at work.

Anyway, a lot is going to happen this December. Other than my cousin Michelle's wedding, I'll get reunited with relatives and friends once again. The last time I went home was March of this year. It was my Mom's birthday. Homecoming once again after 9 months!

I'm also anticipating for a high school reunion. I haven't seen my high school friends for years now. I wonder how they are and how they now look like! LOL! I heard most of them got married and already have kids. I have chatted with some of them lately at Facebook. Thanks to social networking sites we were able to communicate with each other. I can't wait to hang out with them.

I bet there will be a lot of drinking sessions this December. I hope I can manage to say no since I get drunk so easily. I might just puff some cigars with friends during chitchats. I'm really looking forward to my next homecoming!

Ouchy!!! No Pain, No Gain!

I think I did too much workout today. My muscles are really aching. I can even hardly walk when I was on my way home. I thought to myself, why does the gym where I workout has to be too far from my place? I was just so tired! I still am! I overly pushed myself to the limit, I guess.

Although I was exhausted, I get to hear and actually see positive results on my extensive workout this month! I lost a total of 4 pounds! Yahoo! And still counting! Just like the old saying goes: No Pain, No Gain!

I'm working on my abs so hard, in fact that's the reason why I got exhausted today. I'm really pushing myself to the limit lately just to get positive results! I'm glad I'm getting nice comments from friends who notice my weight loss! Their words of encouragement keeps me going! :D

Karaoke After Work And Money Matters

After our shift ended at work today, my friends: Julie, Judith and I did karaoke at the office. Yeah, a karaoke at work! :D A lot of call center companies have this type of room for sure! Our company just got one recently. It also has a billiard pool in it. Other companies actually got a gym, ours don't. It would have helped me save some money if they offer free workout program for us! :D

Me singing my heart out with 2 pretty friends! :D

I missed singing so I invited my friends to hang out at that room today. I had fun! I know they did too! We just stayed there for about an hour and headed home.

It's time to pay bills tomorrow. Time to pay for the apartment, internet service, my pension plan water and electric bill! Geez! Money is slipping away again! Lol! I should have signed up for an affordable term life insurance rather than the pension plan I'm paying for every month! Well, pension plan will still be a big help in the future. I'll just sign up for the insurance when I'm done paying for the pension plan.

Despite money matters, I'm glad I was able to have some fun with girlfriends today! It's just a wonderful way of ending our work week! It's 3 days off after today! I'm not planning to go out because I don't have enough money to spend anymore! LOL! It's time to relax and pretty much stay at home! :D
