I have read a lot of articles saying that green tea is good for your health. It has antioxidants that help prevent cancer, heart disease, diabetes and other neurological diseases like dimentia. They also say that it helps with the immune system and help prevent infections. It also has anti-ageing benefits because it contains polyphenols which fights free radicals. And most of all, I think everyone knows that drinking green tea help burn fats and boost up metabolism so it definitely helps in loosing weight.
The weight loss benefit tops the list for me. I've been wanting to lose weight. I have lost some pounds a couple of years ago because I hit the gym three to four times a week. But then, I went back to gaining weight since I don't really have the luxury of time and don't have enough money now to go to the gym. I know there are other ways to do physical exercises for free, I just don't have the motivation to do it.
So watching my diet is my only hope to not gain more weight. Sometimes I feel bad about not being able to eat whatever I want so I indulge in my cravings and feel bad afterwards. LOL! Funny but true. And then I'd try so hard to watch my diet again.
Reading articles online about losing weight always include drinking 3-5 cups of green tea because of the health benefits it can provide. The thing is, I don't like the taste of a cup of hot green tea that much so I seldom drink the beverage. I heard there are very delicious green tea that's out in the market now. Oh, it can even be bought online! Well, that will make my green tea experience a lot better!
Meanwhile, I'd settle for whatever is on my cupboard right now since I ate a lot for breakfast, again. I'd get one of those delicious green tea very soon and hopefully get back on track with sticking to my diet. And eventually, I'm really hoping to do some physical exercises soon. I'll keep my fingers crossed on that!
