Cancelled Cebu/Bohol Trip

My boyfriend and I were supposed to be in Cebu right now. Our flight was scheduled yesterday and we were supposed to be meeting with my bestfriend Czarina, her daughter Czij and her boyfriend at the airport in Cebu. She was the one who booked the plane ticket for all of us on November of last year but since January, Jun and I have already decided not to come because we're not financially ready for the trip. Besides, Jun won't be allowed in his work place to be on vacation leave for a week. That's a very long vacation. I don't want to be on leave for that long as well. I don't want to go without him anyway. :)

It was supposed to be Jun's first plane ride. Too bad, we cancelled. But we both really don't feel regretful. We don't want to be going there with little money in our pockets. There will be a lot of "next times" anyway. And for that next time, we will make sure that we agree to the length of stay for that vacation and that when we will finally have our first trip together, we have enough money to spend.

The trip is just not the right time for us, I guess. :)

Not Much Fun With BFF Lately.. :(

This morning, I'm supposed to jog with my best friend at the MOA grounds. She's been here for a few days now and is going back to Davao later today. We really wasn't able to go out while she's here because I was busy with Church. We have planned to jog late last night. However, since we slept late already, I was too lazy to wake up early. I also thought that if we'd go jogging, I would be too tired when we get home and won't be able to do my laundry. It was a good decision though! :D I was done doing my laundry after we had breakfast on one of those contemporary coffee tables I bought for myself last year. It's kind of portable though because I can fold my table to save some space in my little room.

Anyway, my best friend is going back home and I feel guilty that I wasn't able to really have fun with her outdoor. I'll just make it up to her some other time. We haven't even took pictures of us together like we used to do! LOL! Too bad there wasn't enough time now.

At Jack's Ridge, Davao With BFF

My flight back here in Manila was bound from Davao. So I traveled about 4 hours from General Santos City. My flight was late in the evening but I came to Davao as early as 2 o'clock in the afternoon to meet my best friend, Czarina.

It was raining when I arrived in Davao. Czarina was at the bus terminal waiting for an hour. :D We headed off to Jack's Ridge, it's a beautiful place located at the top of a hill and is overlooking some parts of Davao City.

My best friend and I had a lot of catching up to do so we started chatting while we're in the cab on our way to Jack's Ridge. It was cold and foggy on the hills and I was a shivering a bit when we got out of the cab. But then the weather did not prevent us from strolling around. It really is a nice place to spend time with my BFF because it is not crowded and the place looked so relaxing!

The place has different nooks to explore - there's a playground, a big pool, an amphitheater, a coffee shop, restaurants, a karaoke bar and a mini zoo.We were taking pictures all over the place, that's one thing that we wouldn't miss doing! :D

After dinner, we left the place at 7:30 pm and headed to the airport. Czarina wasn't feeling well already and I was hoping she has a Robern Medicine cabinet at home where she stocks her medicines. Knowing my best friend, she's not into taking drugs. She's really stubborn when it comes to taking care of herself. I still was worried about her when we parted ways. So I checked on her through text messages.

She's doing alright now. I'm just glad I had another bonding moment with my best friend. Although we have a lot of differences (like men choices?... LOL!) and that she's really a stubborn best friend, I love her! I hope she finds the right guy for her soon enough. And I pray for her happiness!

A Night Out After A Work Out! :D

I enrolled myself in a gym near my work place this week and started working out yesterday. My body is a little soar right now but it's all worth it! I'm glad I was able to burn some calories on my first day at the gym. I had fun! :D

After the gym, I slept at the office then later on met up with my best friend Czarina and an old buddy, Paul at Cowboy Grill in Malate. There were different bands that played last night. All of them are "show bands". They don't have a certain genre that they play.

But there was this band that caught my attention - the Kool Jacks Band which consists of 7 men. I think they're on their late 40's to 50's but they're really great performers! Most of us were laughing our butts off since they crack jokes while they perform. They're really funny!

The rest of our stay at Cowboy Grill was a whole lot of dancing with my best friend at the dance floor. We haven't done that for years. Ah! I really enjoyed our night out!

Congratulations, Czarina, On Your New Job!

My best friend, Czarina, just landed on a job! I'm really happy for her! Way to go, Gat!

She had gone through series of interviews and she passed! She's on her way to becoming a call center agent like me! I'm so happy for her! She'll start her training on Monday. She's a call center newbie and I know how it is like when you're a newbie. With her wits and charm, I'm sure the upcoming training will all be smooth and easy for her.

I'm just happy for you, Gat! If only you're not miles away, I might have thrown a party for you! LOL! Would you take custom usb drives as a present? Or would you rather go out with me and party? I know you'd prefer the latter. Too bad, we're far apart. Let's save the celebration when we get together, aight?

Another Day With Czarina

Me and my best friend Czarina was jus done watching the movie Valentine's Day. It's a star-studded film which obviously talks about love. :D I'll be posting more about the movie later on.

Anyways, we enjoyed the film. There were a bunch of stunning actresses and gorgeous men with sexy abs and all, I think they take muscle supplements aside from going to the gym. Nice twists and surprises in the movie. It was really fun.

I'm taking advantage of the free WIFI here at Robinson's mall. :D

Whatta Day!!!

I had a crazy day yesterday with my best friend Czarina and Lowela. We went out to watch New Moon finally yesterday. Taylor Lautner's bod is sooooo HOT!!!! Lol! The movie isn't that exciting, just like how it went on the book. Jacob's transformation and "the pack" was what I looked forward to in the movie. :D

After the movie, we decided to stroll in the mall. We we're laughing along and were just crazy and took some photos of ourselves. We didn't care about the people around us. Here are some of the photos:

Spending Time With My Best Friend...

I haven't seen my best friend Czarina for quite a while so I decided to spend my rest day with her. I went home after work to get my laptop and headed to her place yesterday.

She was doing her laundry when I arrived. She didn't want me to help her even when I insisted. We did sing along with her karaoke when she was done. And later went out to a bar nearby and watched an acoustic band play. I don't drink beer so she ordered coffee for me instead. Lol!

We came home late but we had fun nevertheless.

She skipped school today. Am I a bad influence? Oh no! It wasn't my idea.

When I woke up this morning, I decided to clean her quite messy closet.

Tadaaan! My accomplishment for the day! :)
