Back To Dropping ECs! :)

I finally was able to drop EntreCards for this blog! I haven't done this for quite a while. I have to admit, I've been so lazy lately. I haven't even been to the gym for, I guess, 2 months now. Sigh. I can feel I'm already gaining weight. I have to push myself next week to be at least spend an hour everyday or maybe 3 times a week. That should start next week, I hope!

I'll also try to do my best to drop EC's so my traffic will once again increase. I don't want Google to take away my pagerank just yet! :) I got 2/10 pagerank on this blog right now! I can't believe it at first. And I'm really enjoying that rank right now as much as I can!

I feel exhausted right now and I am really sleepy while dropping ECs today. I better hit the sack now. Thank God it's Friday! I'm so excited for another weekend!

Gym And Work Schedule Rant

I haven't really had the time to go to the gym lately. I feel regretful about the money I have already paid for it. It's been more than 2 months now of not being able to workout. Sigh. I've been really busy. I'm not even sure if I can still go back to working out. I might not extend my contract at that gym because I'm afraid I'll be wasting more money for it. If ever I'd fat again, which thankfully hasn't happened yet, I might check out a diet pill that works. In that way, I don't want my money to be wasted anymore.

I'm still trying to adjust to my work schedule. Going home too early in the morning is kind of a new thing for me. But I kinda like it. It's nice walking at the streets with the cold wind blowing my face. But I still have a hard time whenever I'm on my way to work in the evening. Traffic in Manila really sucks! Besides, I wasn't been able to attend to a lot of Church activities with this schedule. I hope my manager will give me a 10pm-7am shift soon. I'd be more comfortable with that schedule. I might also be able to spend at least an hour at gym after my work at 7am. :)

Favorite Workout Equipment

My favorite equipment at the gym is the treadmill. I can walk and run for 30 minutes and burn as much as 250 calories with just the treadmill. This equipment definitely helped me a lot on reaching my desired weight. From weighing 118 lbs., my weight is now down to 105 lbs. Isn't that an achievement? :D

The treadmills at the gym don't get me bored while I'm working out because it has a built-in television where you can watch whatever show you want. It's just funny because there are some people that watches a cooking show while they're working out. Of course it will showcase delicious food being cooked in a le creuset cookware. I'm pretty sure that after working out, they're going to head to the nearest restaurant to eat since the shows will make them crave for food. I really find it ironic. :D

As for me, I would rather watch some other shows than salivate on the delicacies in a cooking show. It definitely won't help me with my workout program.

Renewed Gym Contract

I have renewed my contract at my gym. I took advantage of a discounted rate that they offered to me. So I'd continue working out for another 6 months when my first contract expires this March. My gym outfits would all be worn out by then. I have to buy some new outfits like gym pants or shorts and some women's singlets. I'd be more comfortable working out with those singlets for sure!

I have gained weight because I was too busy with some other stuffs lately. I seldom workout but I'll make it up to myself soon. :D

There are still things that I need to accomplish. I better start doing them today especially my requirements for my next employer.

Will Renew Gym Contract or Not?

I woke up late today! I won't be able to hit the gym as planned. So much to do, so little time that is! And I'd be back to work tomorrow. Sigh!

I still have to go to the gym because I will have to renew my contract. They offered me a good price for another 6 months of working out in their gym. It's a pretty good deal. Even though the deadline is today, I'm actually still thinking twice about it. Should I take the offer or just try the most effective weight loss pills? I don't have so much weight to lose anymore. In fact, the gym helped me reach my desired body weight. I still have a lot of toning to do, though.

Anyway, I still have until this afternoon to think about it. :D

Working Out Pays Off!


I feel good about myself lately. I've been buying some new clothes and I'm now comfortable fitting those body fit shirts and blouses! LOL! Thanks to my perseverance in working out. Now I'm more comfortable about myself! All the pain and sweating at the gym really paid off!

I'll be off to the gym later today. Some of the air conditioning units are under repair lately. They just have big fans turned on all over the place. I sweat more than when air conditioning units are working fine. I think it's better that way for me but not to those who have ventilation issues. As for me, as long as those machines and equipments have proper bearings, I won't mind the crappy ventilation.

I Overcome Procrastination! :D

I overcome procrastination today! Hooray!

I almost did not go to the gym after doing my laundry. I kept looking at the clock and thought about things I still have to accomplish for the day. I was almost convinced of putting my workout aside for the day. But lo and behold! I packed my bag and hit the gym!

I was able to burn a lot of calories today and felt good about sweating! I was able to see the accomplished women who seem to be using wrinkle serum because they have pretty faces despite their age doing weights at the gym. And the men - oh well, they're busy with their workout too! :D

I finally met a friend at the gym. Her name is Gladys. She's gorgeous. We finally introduced ourselves during our chitchat at the locker room earlier today. She works out the same time as I do.

I just feel good about today! It's indeed a happy Wednesday! :D

Hands Got Bruised Again...:(

It's time to go to the gym! :D

I just finished doing my laundry. It's one of those days that I decided not to wear a pair of plastic gloves when I was washing my clothes. My hands ended up bruised again. Sigh! Yeah right, I'm stubborn! :P

It's a Wednesday, the start of my rest day! No time to really relax since I have to finish some personal and online errands. I'm looking forward for a great Wednesday though!!! :D

No Workout Every Weekends

I don't have workout sessions during weekends. I attend church service every Saturday and the gym is closed on Sundays. These are the days when I don't get to see some women on tight clothes and men on men's running shorts. And of course, I tend to be very lazy on these days. I don't even exercise in my room for just a few minutes. So I tend to be very careful on my diet since I won't be able to burn the calories in 2 days.

Now that I am working out, I find myself so conscious on what I eat. I even catch myself counting calories on my meal. I think I'm being paranoid sometimes. But I guess this is what happens when a person decides to have a healthy lifestyle.

Workout Does Miracle to Aged Women... :D


I workout with moms and some of them are already grandmothers in the gym. People aren't too friendly around. That includes me, I guess. We are too busy with our personal goals for weight loss that's why we don't chitchat. Just smile sometimes, and that's it.

Anyways, I really admire those older women whom I get the chance to workout with at the gym. Some of them are even slimmer than I am. They're really in good shape. I bet they also use anti aging products to give them all the younger glow. They dance whenever there are dance sessions. They enjoy being at the gym.

Workout really does some miracle even to aged women. Makes everyone look and feel good even on their prime age! :D
