MYDSL Is Finally Installed...

My PLDT DSL and phone is finally installed after more than a month of waiting! Phew! What a relief! :)

I still can't forget the really bad experience. Nah! What's important is I can now go online in the convenience of my home. No more staying at the office after hours just to get connected to the internet! Won't be going home late! Best of all, I can go home with my roommate, Joana, after work!

My colleagues will be happy about this when they will hear about this good news! LOL! They have been too concerned about my not having internet for quite a while. They have heard enough about my internet rants. Now the rantings will cease! They had enough of it already. LOL!

I still have to go to work later. Just need to let you all know about this good news! I can finally visit back my co-bloggers who constantly take a peek of this blog for the past month. I'll make it up to guys!

Hanging By A Thread... Internet Rant

I'm still waiting patiently for my DSL installation. Although it's really getting frustrating already. I feel like I'm just hanging on a thread, being patient with PLDT's customer service.

I went to PLDT business office few hours ago to see what's actually going on. The woman I spoke with wasn't sympathetic about my agony but I think she made a good job with my issues. She was able to provide service orders for the installation, made calls to technicians, and processed my billing concern. I just hope what she did will really make my life easier this time.

I'm tired of bringing my laptop along with me wherever I go just to get connected online. It's really exhausting. I would love to stroll in the malls with friends without getting anxious of my heavy backpack. I miss just getting online in the convenience of my room. I miss being online often.

Sigh. I will just have to wait for my DSL to get installed in a bit then, I hope...:(

PLDT Rant...

It's over a month now of not having internet at home. It's really agonizing and I have been too patient of PLDT already. I get upset whenever I see their commercials on TV about how fast they can get their line installed. Joanna often teases me whenever she sees the commercial. I just give her the poker face.

My colleague just applied for the service and his internet is now installed. What the heck are these people from PLDT doing? I just don't have time to go to their business office to nag about how their service sucks! Grrr! They're really getting into my nerves! I better stop getting upset too often or else I will have an early visit to www.wrinkleeyecream.net.

I better shake this negative aura off!!! Sigh!

Internet Rant...

I'm back to internet cafes! Sigh!

I went to PLDT business center yesterday to follow up on my DSL and phone transfer. Its been weeks since I've asked them about the transfer of service to the new apartment. I have waited for more than 2 weeks now but no technician showed up. Customer service representatives over the phone told me different alibis.

So I decided to go to their business office to see what's actually going on. Only to find out that my request wasn't processed! You can just imagine how frustrated I was when I was talking to the lady on the desk. She was all apologetic but her apologies can't hide the fact that they have very poor customer service. Why did none of those people I spoke with over the phone told me what really happened to my request? They just told me that it was still being processed when nothing was actually done! She told me she had the issue escalated to their boss and that she's going to get it processed personally. I told her that's the same thing the first woman who worked on my request told me! I was really irritated yesterday! I somehow controlled my temper because the represented I was talking to was pregnant. I think she's kind but I was just annoyed with what happened. I think she understood my frustration. I just hope my DSL and phone installation gets done ASAP!

Meanwhile I'll make use of this internet cafe which is a few blocks away from the apartment. My Globe Tattoo is too slow. Most of the time it doesn't connect. Longer SIGH!

I apologize for this post. I'm just agitated for not being online often in the convenience of my home. I also apologize to those EC droppers whom I haven't visited back. I'll try to make it up to you guys!

Yahoooo! MyDSL Installed today!!!

I got my DSL installed today! I'm just so happy about this! Lol!

No more spending for internet cafes. No more waiting for my turn in the internet shop. Most of all, no more hassles just to go online!!! I can blog all day or all night long, whenever I want to!
